Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel

hotel is good .definitely needs renovation to be classified as a 5 stars furniture ,Mouquet in room looks old specially lobby furniture staff is very good but 99% don't speak English only Portuguese and Spanish .very difficult to find some one speak English or even French or Italian or German .they have their phone in hand and use google translate for every answer or question I think Marriott and Sheraton should learn them the basics but the hotel in general is ok

The gym was absolutely perfect. Front desk and restaurant staff were great

The breakfast was exceptional. The variety of food and excellent coffee. That staff was amazing.

The facilities are excellent
